  • Race Day Registration: 8:00 am to 9:00 am at the Cottonwood Ranch, 1100 Hwy. 339

  • Race Starts: 10K Run at 9:30, 5K Run at 9:45 and the 2 Mile Walk at 10:00

Waiver: Must be signed by all entrants. I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I am and my dog is medically able and properly trained for the race, which will be run between 4000'and 5000'. I assume all risk associated with running in the event including, but not limited to falling, contact with other participants, effects of weather including heat and humidity, cold and ice, effects of altitude, traffic and the condition of the roads, all such risk of racing being known and appreciated by me. Having read this wavier and knowing these facts and in consideration of acceptance on my entry, for myself, and heirs, executor, or any one entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all race sponsors, property owner, officials, volunteers, employees, LAPS for YAPS,  and any of their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. This Release and Wavier extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. I grant my permission to all of foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, video or sound recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

Parent / Guardian / Coach must sign for runner under 18 years of age in order for them to compete.
